Jane Eichenauer

25 June 1919 - 7 April 1984

"Funeral services were to be held at 2 p.m. today at Stein & Lehman Funeral Home, Celina, for Jane Eichenauer, 64, 523 Maple St., Celina, who died Saturday at 8:30 a.m. at Celina Manor Nursing Home following an extended illness. The Rev. Paul Miller was expected to officiate with burial in Buck Cemetery.

She was born June 25, 1919, in Celina, the daughter of Benjamin H. and Maude [Wolfe] Eichenauer.

Survivors include a brother, George Eichenauer, Sylvania, and five nieces and nephews. One brother, Benjamin, is deceased.

Miss Eichenauer retired in 1980 after completing a 36-year teaching career, including 29 years in the Celina city school system. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, American Home Econimics Association, Alpha Delta Kappa, Delta Kappa Gamma Society, University Women's Club, National Retired Teachers Association and Mercer County Retired Teachers Association."
