"CELINA . . . Elsie Bair, 68, died at 4:15 a.m. Saturday in Van Wert County Hospital. Survivors include a brother Gifford Bair of here. She was a retired school teacher.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday in W.H. Dick and Sons Funeral Home, Rev. Ralph Corbim officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys. Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 today at the funeral home."
