"Irene Borger . . . . Former Celina resident Irene Borger, 66, of Port Charlotte Fla., died April 15, 2006, at Fawcett Memorial Hospital, Port Charlotte.

She was born Aug. 11, 1939, in Pineville, Ky., to Melvin and Edith Ann Hensley Green. Her husband, Paul Borger, died in 2004.

Survivors are a brother, Robert Green, Celina; and three sisters, Josie Lee Baer, Van Nuys, Calif., Dorothy Alice Whitten, Tipp City, and Marie Skiles, Meridan, Idaho.

Deceased are a brother, John Green, and a sister, Doris Ann Green.

She was a beautician.

Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Community Life Center of Full Gospel Ministries Assembly of God Church, Port Charlotte, the Rev. Mark Coffey officiating. Burial of remains is at St. Charles Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Paul Schelm Funeral Home, Port Charlotte."
